Heading to bleak desolate country

I’ve been delayed two days by weather but tomorrow I hope to get started soon and head to north central Nebraska for a few days of camping (where it snowed yesterday), then to the South Dakota Badlands (wow is that a boring campground according to satphotos) and then to North Dakota badlands (Theodore Roosevelt NP). The whole idea is to go to empty, dry, desolate and boring places as a substitute for a walk on the Camino de Santiago. Hopefully I can get moving soon.

Obviously won’t post much (or do anything on Net) since that part of U.S. is a communications black hole so connections will be scarce, along with most everything else.
